MK, a solo real estate investor working in the highly competitive Orlando market, was like many investors when he started out. He relied on hustle-heavy strategies like cold calling, text campaigns, driving for dollars, and even sending his own direct-mail.

Not too shabby for only his second month of mail, which is historically the most challenging!
