If eligible, refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation using the same payment method originally used. No fees will be incurred for such reimbursement.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Please note that all contracted agreements, marketing campaigns, and Lead Engine accounts are non-refundable after purchase.
Once these services are activated or materials are in production, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.Returns, Refunds, and ExchangesDue to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the goods were damaged in transit or during production.If your marketing materials arrive damaged, we will promptly replace them.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to report and return any damaged items.
